Connecting Property Owners With Contractors They Can Trust

Contractors can now grow their business online by joining the most trusted contractor directory.

Portland, OR – Directory for Contractors, a new national contractor directory designed for property owners to search, find, and connect to vetted contractors, is excited to announce the launch of its new platform on April 1, 2023.

The new platform will offer an enhanced user experience, with advanced search filters to help property owners find the right contractors for residential or commercial projects. It will also provide detailed profiles of each contractor, including customer reviews, project portfolios, and contact information designed to help property owners make informed decisions about who to hire.

“Our mission is to remove the hesitation when hiring a contractor by providing a user-friendly platform for property owners to find the best vetted contractors in their local area,” said Cecilia De La Rosa, CEO of Directory For Contractors. Finding a trustworthy contractor can be overwhelming. And that is why knowing who to hire for a new project is so important. This new platform will make the process of finding a vetted contractor easier, efficient, and faster than ever before.

There is no denying that finding the right contractor for a project can be difficult for property owners. But at the same time, contractors are also facing challenges of their own, including how to brand their business, attract new customers and create trust to grow their business. This comprehensive platform will make it easy for contractors to create trust.

Their model is simple. Contractors receive unlimited bid requests without ever having to pay for leads, while property owners can easily search and hire professionals that have been fully vetted.

Directory For Contractors follows a thorough vetting process, where only contractors who pass a background check, maintain an active contractor license, and meet the specific insurance requirements can have a business listing. Once vetted, the platform allows contractors to create a complete business profile with links to their social media accounts, website, unlimited photo galleries (before & after photos), and project videos and much more.

“After 20 years of working with contractors on a day-to-day basis, I knew there had to be a better way to empower contractors to grow their brand while creating trust,” shared the founder and creator of Directory For Contractors.

Committed to leveling the playing field through their complete vetting process and continuous monitoring, Directory For Contractors ensures that only high quality professionals can stand out from their competitors.
