The RRP rules have strict guidelines on how to Clean and Verify that you have Cleaned your work area properly as to not have left any Lead Dust behind. Visual Inspection and Cleaning Verification can only be conducted by the Certified Renovator.
Exterior Verification is easier than Interior Verification because it is primarily “visual”.
Interior Verification is not only “visual” but you need to also “confirm” each horizontal surface (molding ledges, floors, steps, etc) has been cleaned properly by wiping each surface and comparing it against your CV card.
