Procedure

  3. Arrange a sample catch tray below the designated testing site.
  4. Mark the test area clearly with the provided scoring tool.
  5. Use the scoring tool to mark the test area.
  6. Gather paint chips in the tray for testing.
  7. Place the tray underneath to catch chips
  8. Adapt your method based on the surface’s orientation.
  9. Place the sample into Solution 1, agitate, then pause.
  10. Add Solution 2, shake once more, and proceed with the chemical analysis.
  11. Minimize substrate material.
  12. Ensure all the sample moves to Solution 1
